Online Booking Policy

This is Only a Request, Not a Confirmation.

You will receive a confirmation within 24 hours if your appointment request is accepted. If you do not receive one within 24 hours, please call us. Do not show up if your appointment is not confirmed as we will not be able to take your pet. You can call to check for alternate availability, but that does not guarantee an earlier appointment.

Be Sure To Secure Your Pet

For the safety of your pet, yourself and our employees your pet must be properly secured prior to arrival. Cats must be in an appropriate carrier(no leads or harnesses). Dogs must be on a secure lead or in an appropriate carrier. We will not be able to take your pet otherwise.

Cancellation, No Show Policy

Confirmed appointments require 48 hours notice for cancellation or are subject to a $25 charge. This fee also applies to no-shows. You are also subject to this fee if you schedule an appointment that occurs within that 48 hour window and then cancel it or fail to show. Arriving 15 minutes or later for an appointment is considered a no-show.

If you want to book for more than 1 pet, choose a service, then add an additional service for the second pet. When prompted select one of the pets coming and leave a comment with the other pet name and the service.
